BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 2026
Each course will consist of four (4) classes on consecutive weeks (with holiday weekends free).
Each session will be three (3) hours — usually on Sundays — led by Kimi & Deborah. Occasionally a session will be switched to Saturday to avoid holidays.
Each session will contain both theory and practical lessons, and include the practice of performing and teaching Pathway lesson-exercises.
The course consists of 10 hours of instructional time and includes break time.
Each session includes two (2) 5-10 minute breaks. 2.5 certification credits will be awarded for each session completed leading to a maximum of 10 certification credits per course.
- An optional additional supervised one hour practice session will be held each week (day and time to be determined by session members and teachers).
- Practice buddy sessions arranged independently by session members are encouraged.
- Attendance of all supervised sessions will be tracked.

- CMI Pathways and Access Points Manuals (pdf). Manuals may be purchased here.
Josef DellaGrotte’s Instructions from Within may be purchased here as well. - Must have a good working knowledge of anatomy
- Need to know the Six Pathways
- Must be able to demonstrate the six pathways in supine, standing, sitting positions and side-lying
